BOHLE Weighing: the right foundation for faultless and profitable production

Bohle weighing- and dispensing systems are modular and economic solutions, designed to dispense defined amounts of pharmaceutical powders. Recipe controlled systems allow GMP-compliant processing. Raw materials or API`s can be dispensed from paper bags, fiber drums, cartons or Big Bags. All equipment is designed for ergonomic handling of various sizes of the above.
Depending on the selected modules and corresponding equipment needed to create a dispensing system, manual and semi- or full automated solutions are available. Referring the site requirements Bohle weighing- and dispensing solutions are designed for single- and multi level production buildings.

To handle active pharmaceutical ingredients (API`s) or highly active substances which require special safety and environmental measures, isolators and laminar flow cabins are available as integrated solutions. By using Bohle high containment equipment at critical transfer interfaces, best human and environmental safety is provided.

The actual weighing components and corresponding equipment (load cells) can be exchanged to meet local demands or special site requirements. Thus the best technical solution for each individual system is guaranteed. The corresponding control systems for semi- or full automated solutions are compliant to the CFR 21, part 11 code. They can be connected to a master control system and allow the interaction of different scales which are linked to each other. All software is developed in accordance with the GAMP 5 guidelines.
