The high efficiency of the Bohle blending systems is based on the revolutionary and patented counter-current process principle. There are numerous benefits: Effective blending volume of 20-85% of the rated volume.
This blending system enables very slow rotating blend speeds - ensuring uniform, gentle blending. Destruction of the granulates is prevented by positively influencing the tablet hardness. The mixer’s convincing performance is achieved through uncomplicated rotational movement, which reduces wear and tear, power consumption and servicing. The mixer also includes a lifting column to adjust the container to any height (up to 8,000 mm) and enabling fast and dust-free filling, blending and discharge.

Unlike the PM system, the Bohle container blender SFM cannot be height-adjusted. Additionally, square containers are used for this system instead of round containers as in the PM system. The container mixer SFM is a cost-efficient alternative that is fully adequate for many applications.
